Barbiflex was founded in 1978 as manufacturer in the bedding field and rapidly directs itself towards the geotextile sector of which, in a few years, it has become an expert thanks to the acquirement and development of the newest techniques and rigorous quality check processes.
The production is now organized in 5 divisions, all of them very specialized in producing a wide complete range of first quality nonwoven geotextiles:

Barbiflex quality concept was born together with the company. Since the first steps the check of processes has gotten a great deal of attention. This technical vocation doesn’t neglect all the aspects connected to external relations which are as important as the technological level of the products. Barbiflex has an internal laboratory equipped by computerized devices connected to the general informative system. This organization allows Barbiflex to follow the development of the product and its production, keeping the register standard. The Certification of Barbiflex geotextiles guarantees both the respect of the characteristics requested by the Customer. Barbiflex geotextiles are equipped by the Official Accompaniment Document that constitutes Certificate of Origin, technical sheet, and Conformity Certificate. Furthermore the other Barbiflex divisions respect the same criterions. Quality is also present in the Customer management with internal procedures of CMR (Custom Relationship Management) extended to the handling of eventual non conformities. The administrative reports, as well, are integrated within the CRM procedures together with the order administrative procedure, from the first contacts to the order confirmation. The traceability dictates according to ISO 9000 prescriptions, are widely respected and managed by informatics systems.
